Who are we?

TOLEKISO Asbl is a non-governmental organization founded in the Democratic Republic of Congo to promote the socio-economic and cultural development of the Tumbenga community. Inspired by a vision of sustainable integration, TOLEKISO is dedicated to improving local living conditions by facilitating programs focused on the fight against poverty, the empowerment of women, the protection of human rights, and the preservation of the environment.

As an apolitical and non-denominational organization, TOLEKISO is distinguished by its commitment to neutrality and inclusion, working without discrimination to meet the essential needs of the population. In accordance with Law No. 004/2001 governing non-profit associations, TOLEKISO operates under a well-defined structure, supervised by a Permanent Executive Directorate.
